I remember you talking about how you were looking for a girlfriend before. I'm going to assume that was unsuccessful (not trying to be mean, correct me if I'm wrong.) and you've been looking this whole time. If you're lonely, why not talk to, or make a new friend? It can help a lot, and I imagine it would help more than finding a significant other, especially since you're 13. Maybe let puberty finish up and try searching for a girl then? Hope that helps.
