I just came across a reliable source that I've trusted for awhile about the release of the Blue Bash Skylander at http://gamegravy.com/2012/03/2...r-release-date/

this is what my toys r us was telling people on ddragons peak day

Asking on the TRU facebook page a few days ago, I was told that they'd be "rolling them out to stores early next week". So, anytime between the 1st-4th would probably be ideal dates for the release. Looks like a few places though (at least one so far) have already got them out.

Same as the ones you listed. Basically a regular Bash but with 2100 coins and @ Lv 5.

I was able to get one from my TRU yesterday.

In the game, he's just a regular Bash.


My TRU stores just say they don't know, or have never heard of it.

Someone on Craigslist in my area is selling them in hand in Tacoma, WA for 50 dollars.

April 1st is the date, but some stores are selling them now, ala Dragon's Peak.

Someone hooked me up with one on another site.

I don't trust TRU employees 1 bit. I will be there to make sure though...

At least you guy's tru are aware Blue Bash exists.

lol mine were clueless. I'll still show up on Sunday all the same though. I just hope they don't put them out Friday or Saturday. The assist. manager did verify that corporate sent the store an email stating that a shipment was in transit via Fed Ex. She said they didn't verify at this point if it was general stock or a special item...I will need to call Friday.

Yeah I spoke to my local toys and it was confirmed..so I'll be there Sunday to get mine.

I wouldn't even take a blue Bash for free.

I'm annoyed enough that they cheaped out on Slam Bam and made him the plain transparent plastic instead of painting it like how he appears on the poster.

I don't care about Blue Bash, I want Lightning Rod and Zook, did Toys-R-Us officially launch these?

Zook and Lightning Rob were officially release on the 21st by TRU but several other outlets like Target, Walmart and Best Buy have been selling them as well. Good Luck!!!

WHAT? He looks awesome in the ice blue clear plastic. It was probably more expensive to do him that way than to just throw on a coat of blue paint...The cool factor on him is the fact he's huge and clear blue. He's one of my fave's. I don't think I'll be nabbing a Blue Bash unless he is staring me in the face.

I just called my local toys r us n talked to the manager. He confirmed that blue bash is hittin the shelf on the 1st as well. Thats so awesome cause i figured my store would be the only one not getting it lol

Just as with the Empire of Ice itself, Slam Bam would have been made with the blue plastic already. They just decided not to paint him, for whatever reason. He was intended to be painted, as shown on the poster. He looks very good on the poster, but cheap in his unpainted form.
