Thats when i showed up wednesday and i was the first one there by.... i dunno maybe 10 or 20 minutes

I wanna be there a half hour early

My TRU opens at 10am. I'm only going to arrive 30-40 minutes before it opens. This isnt front row tickets for Van Halen or anything.

I showed up at 745 on the 21st and I was first in line by an hour and a half. I plan on showing up at 6 on Sunday and watch movies on my lap top til they open at 10. 4 hours of waiting vs. weeks of trying to find one at a decent price, I think I'll wait the 4 hours.

Seeing as I went to TRU 30 minutes after they opened on wednesday to find out they sold out, well before they open.

If you are all smart you would go as early as you can the new ad has the skylanders dragons peak and 3 pack zook cynder and L rod listed from what I have been told and its going to be crazy times 10 next to the way 21st was.........

You should only need to get there 10-20 minutes early since a lot of stores seem to indicate they have plenty of them in stock for Sunday.

so where did u hear about the ad? considering its on a sunday... is it gonna be crazier?

well for the 21st i got there an hour and a half early and was 6th in line ima go 2 hours early this time

If its x10 as crazy as the 21st was I'll still be at the front of the line. My local TRU was basically dead outside of 4 people right before they opened. Its not a limited edition or anything its a TRU exclusive that will be released to other stores in a month. La-de-freakin'-da. I have enough headaches dealing with idiots at work I dont need to waste hours of my life for a figure and deal with more asinine people.

When I as was at toys r us the staff at the desk was talking about how Dragons peak and the zook 3 pack were in the new ad and that the Dragons Peak was to be limited to 1 per customer and they were kinda saying how funny it was limited to 1 per customer. I will have to wait till 12:05 am Sat nite Sunday morning to see the ad on the Toys R Us site to know for sure. I am going to be there a tru at 4:30am and wait until 10 when they open first in line again. Can't wait and Sunday better not be a bust like Wednesday or I am going to not shop tru ever again..........

430? a little extreme... i was thinking 730-8.. considering you should be in the first 10 people and they are limiting it to one per person... this is starting to sound like the ps3 or wii line when it first came out.. no way the line is that long..

...I will be there 45 minutes early MAX if not 30 minutes early. When I got to TRU on the 21st I was second in line. There wasn't EVEN a line. People just got there and started standing at different places around the door. No one formed a line. When he came otu to hand out tickets it was basically a free for all...but it didn't matter because the stock was so high.

Honestly I dont think we should be worried at all. I was at TRU today and they had over 300 Single packs and they were still unpacking them (literally the guy unpacked a box when I was there) and they had everything from Chop Chop to Cynder.

I have a feeling this will be the same. I have a feeling they have a ton of Dragons Peaks already, and will have more arriving Sunday.

By 10:00am I had 50 people standing behind me and I don't know how many more people showed up after 10:00 the parking lot was cars cars and people everywhere and seeing how its in there ad that everyone will get Sunday morning paper from 3:30am to 7:00am and being posted online doyou think I want to wait? I don't think so......

We get our Sunday Ads in the Saturdays paper...i dont know why...but they started doing that within the last month. So tomorrow morning when I wake up i can check the ad for sunday.

Our store has 2 FULL carts of singles including Cynder, Stump Smash and others. I'd say we have around 45-50 Dragon's Peak.

wed 3/21 event was advertised for weeks... at every store with signs... i got there at 845 and was 5th in line. by store opening there were 50 people and most came within last 30 mins. Some people were asking what the line was for. Dragons peak is not being advertised as wide as the the 3/21 event. Most people don't even know that it coming on sunday besides the die hards on here and who have asked. Usually people line up during the week cause they know trucks are coming. I still think it being sunday will make more people come out since people are off but there is a church factor as well.. I am assuming at 730 ill be fine... everyone agree?

Just depends on the stores stock. I have no idea how many DP's they are going to have. If it's anything like the 21st they only had 3 LR and about 20 Zooks. I was lucky and got 1 of each.

Some toysrus will reserve for you. Mine does, all the ones coming in are reserved for at the one here. They have til one to pick them up then they go on the shelfs

That reservation crap is BS. I wish TRU would implement specific rules across the board for every store. Employees are taking too many liberties with creating their own policies. I am going to write myself into a corporate position at TRU that will appoint me direct of coordinating how TRU conducts business. Because right now, it appears it's run by their employees and not corporate. Course to them...the almighty buck speaks first...they don't care what you do with it once you hand them your money. I'm glad my store isn't reserving them. Reservations just make for a even more messy process. Also makes it unfair to those unaware they could reserve it. That store will be getting it's butt handed to them on Sunday morning, that's for sure.

Safe bet to get in line is 9:30 probably. But the diehards will show up much sooner. I know what time I will be there.

Today I found out a TRU in Vegas sold 4 DP on Wednesday before they were told to take them off the floor

I'm going to be at my TRU just as it opens, but I wish it didn't have to be on a Sunday..

Almost all of my local TRU's Dragon's Peak sets are all called for. You guys may want to call ahead just to make sure that your TRU isn't already putting Dragon's Peak on hold for customers from the 21st or at the very least if they'll have extras and you'll have a chance to get them. It'd be pretty pointless and a complete waste of time to line up at one that isn't even going to have any available to sell to you.

On the 21st, I got confused and went at 8:30 instead of 9:30, and there was no line, just some people standing around or near their cars. I come back an hour later and I'm like 21st in line. A couple came after me, too.

I'm thinking 9:15, and I'm sitting in my car until I see a line.

I will be there at 9:00 with both of my kids and my husband. We will all have our own money so I will fight someone who says my kids don't count as customers in their own right. I know it will have DP (I asked the lady to go back and lay eyes on it) but I hope they will also have LR, Zook and Ignitor. It would be nice to have L-Bash too (now that I have L-Trigger Happy who I am so happy is actually blue in the game!)

Yeah but at least don't gotta worry about waiting around in line. Plus they stuck it in the paper to reserve.
