That there are no more apes?

What game are you playing? Of course there are still apes. Undead skeletal apes maybe but there still are.

I grew to like those apes. So yeah, the dead ones just didn't quite have the same effect.

Yeah.. a good enemy traded for skeletons and crappy... whatevers.

yeah, one you get used to them, its kinda like that.
They get really boring after a while! especially when they make the same set of noises. -.-'

I reckon apes were much more original and fun than stuff like orcs. I mean, orcs pop up everywhere in fantasy and stuff, even though they may not look like skeleton stick things. Grublins just weren't the same... not quite as fun as the old ape army.
And the skeleton apes looked nothing like apes. I'm sure their skulls were too small, and they were four-legged. They looked nothing like the old guys. The old apes were more like baboons than chimps (though the new ones match their name better, apes don't have tails and the old ones did).
I missed most of the old enimies, to be honest. The new ones just didn't have the same effect.

The first time I saw an orc I couldn't believe they were actually orcs. They look like no other orcs from anywhere I've seen. Though, I have to admit that they are overplayed -.-

I know! and it take longer time to kill them when they are already dead.

i kinda liked those guys 2.
i liked the way they made those weird noises they make when yu hit them or kill them but io miss them 2.

Same here, but Orcs were probably me favorite in-game enemy.

I am not good with alive skeletons... o.o or zombies... o.o

Personally, I thought the apes got boring after awhile. They were the main and basically only enemy you would fight, except for some random weird creatures. And even the dogs in TEN had the same concept of the apes, and they were only in the game once. I'm pretty happy they had more of a variety of villains in DOTD.

I miss the many names they had...

I personally miss the really pointless names they gave them above there heath bars like 'icebound the terrible' or 'Zayieth the dark' or something like that.
And I agree with Darby, the ghosts don't have the same effect.
