I noticed that the upcoming Skylanders Hardcover Ruled Journal (Insights Journals) is going to be like the ones from other franchises, like Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, and Harthstone. They are all artbooks.

I just realized something... what if they're doing a similar thing from Trap Team and making mini comics that are bundled with Creation Crystals

That may explain why there are no release dates for IDW Skylander comics, or they are really keeping them under the radar.

Got the Tri-Tri Again micro comic. Features Legendary Spyro, Tri-Tip, and a smaller version of Tri-Tip named Trine who is one of Tri-Trip's former students. The Golden Walnut from Tri-Tip's backstory was stolen from Trine by Broccoli Guy who used it to become a large Steamed Broccoli Guy.
