Those dog-like creatures in the Eternal Night game...are they really called Death Hounds or is it a fan-based name? By the way, those hounds were annoying in the game too.

I don't know why, but I like those hounds... yet they're speedy quick and can headbutt you at any moment. (I guess the reason why I like them is because they're something different rather than the apes at every turn)

Yeah, I like them too. I wonder if they're going to return in Dawn of the Dragon game.

was it like fire comet or something?

I believe I've seen the name "Death Hound" in the game...

Also, the fire attack you're talking about, IamCynder, is called a Comet Dash.

They always hit me like a flash of lightning, except when you use Dragon Time and slow them down.

I think the hounds are pretty cool, but they're annoying because of their attack pattern.

it is easy to beat them if u use dark spyro or the ice tail strike or the fire comet attack
or the lightning tornado.......

I kinda like the name Death Hound, though I named the purple furred hounds in the Ancient Grove level, Wild Hounds as a fan-based name.

Yeah, freeze them with the Polar Bomb and watched them shatter to pieces.

Seriously, and people say it's the apes they don't want to come back for DotD. I never want to see another hound in a Spyro game as long as I live!

But what if the hounds do return in DotD??

Well then I guess I have no choice but to fight.

I bet they'll use the same tactics as in Eternal Night, and act like a wolf pack if there are more than one.

I believe the name Death Hounds just showed up one day. I also remember Zerodius using Wild Hound in one of our conversations. I might've used some other name to describe the Hounds from Gaul's elite forces (the ones in Malefor). >.>

Also, they're pretty easy if you just smack them three times, then double jump over them to avoid their counter-attack and hit em with a Comet Dash.

You can know when they will do a most likely "Supersonic headbutt", every time before that, they will look left and right and then walk backwards and then they will make a sound, that if you hear it attentiously you will recognize it even far away, they will never touch me

I like to the Ancient Grove hounds, Wild Hounds. The other two can be Death Hounds since they're tamed.

Anyway, those Death Hounds have different colors when you fight them in different areas of the game.

Yes, it appears the newer enemies are of the mutant variety. >.>

Also, I always thought the Fortress Hounds were slightly larger than the Wild Hounds and Death Hounds. >.>

Haha those hounds are so plumpy, that's why I like beating them down so much with Dark Spyro. But when you use Dark Spyro to beat them, they're so annoying and loud! Haha I always turn down the volume a little when I beat them up. I like how they howl though.
And yes, I hate the fact that they charge towards you really fast. Whenever I hear them get ready to pounce on me, I quickly jump and glide away but sometimes end up getting pounded anyway xD

Though they make interesting enemies, since they're different from the Apes.

Yeah, Concurrent Hounds has a nice ring to it. Since they were bred in an environment where Cynder once lived.

I HATE Dragon Challenge 4 BCuz of the new designed death hounds.

They're white along with the apes in that challenge.

They designed Concurrent Hounds just to annoy us.

It's all part of the extra challenges. Anyways, those hounds in the game are a little annoying when they tackle you.

I did hear Sparx say Drool mutt while insulting the pirates in the game. I didn't know it was the name of those hounds, but we don't know if it's an official name.

The Death Hounds were officially called "Death Hounds". They were in to be a super-fast attacking enemy to help push using slow-time. Drool mutt is for the Skavengers as they are a little Dog-like and Skabb is the drooling boss.
