Actually that wasn't footage of the Spyro movie, Whitedragon, it was the sequel to the TEN short that was posted on the official Spyro website.

And the storyboard you posted was a storyboard for TEN.

It wasn't the movie footage, it was the cartoon shorts of TEN. Whitedragon thought it was the movie footage.
