i vote C ill tell you why its not what you think probably

A can play the flute already so probably has a flute as it is

B made the flute so this child being the genius he clearly is can easily make another one

C remaining indeed has no relation to the flute and

1 will either appreciate it much more

or 2 is more out of the mix than the other too and since this is going to be an argument ill settle it by giving it to the one who is furthest removed to teach the other 2 not to quarrel when they already are gifted.
