Microsoft is charging you to download Minecraft maps on Xbox One

Not only is Minecraft for the Xbox One 30$ in itself but to download this Map which they are charging you 6$ for that looks worse then most above average Maps for PC. Its ****ing mind-boggling that people will buy this when for the PC you can get even better ones for free on sites like this http://www.minecraftmaps.com/.

is the 6 dollar DLC needed to complete any story, get any achievements, or improve on any gameplay in a meaningful way?
if not, then it's really non-essential and it's not worth complaining over

It comes with skin packs and texture packs

Yup, and unlike the PC version, you can't set your own skins. So, if you want to have a Fallout themed skin, you have to buy this or get lucky on other packs that might have lookalikes.
