Well, it's pretty close to the end of the year... Yeah that's all I got. Just post your favourite credits music.

(Obvious PMD bias is obvious. But come on, this sounds amazing.)
(Yep, this was my favourite part of the game: knowing it was over. Not a bad game, just meh. Never liked the jumping in this game.)

Far Cry 3 and inFamous off the top of my head. I would put Uncharted's 4 ending but that's sorta the same thing as the game's theme just changed up a little. Well the whole series.

There's prob way more. Specially from GBA and Nintendo DS titles, but I don't remember. Prob a lot form Kirby Super Star Ultra.
I remember liking some from PS1 but not so much that I've gone and looked for the track for future enjoyment.

Seriously, that song is great.

and then there's the piano at the end....

Steven Universe's Love Like You is also nice. (Although I don't love it as much as the above, personally. But it's definitely nice.)

There's also Invader Zim's credits. That's just a cool song, though.
