Do you guys think we'll be seeing these ones anytime soon?

I definitely know Gearshift has, as I bought her, and a quick ebay search gives me this image:

No matter where I look, I don't ever see those traps. And from what I could see, Gearshift was a pre-order bonus.

The traps are not in U.S. yet think word is next weekend they'll be available

Already got gearshift from Smyths around release time. All figures collected, just waiting for the 3 yawn and tech tiki trap

I bought Gear Shift on release day with my starter pack.

Tech Totem ("Tiki") hasn't been released as a single anywhere at all, thus not including it in the list.

Trap Team has not been selling well here, and many stores which used to sell Skylanders stopped stocking figures after Swap-Force (probably started declining back then), so it's not always easy hunting them down. Plus, it's near impossible to tell when new figures do come in, as the online stores don't update regularly enough.

technically the light and dark traps are all MIA to me either, I've never seen one on a peg.

Light and dark traps have been MIA. I only saw them on pegs for a very limited period at TRU and Best Buy in April.

I havent seen the yawn trap or gnarley barkley in Europe yet. King Cobra cadrabra, the tech tiki trap and gearshift I bought in the stores (netherlands).

We have Gnarly Barkley in Sweden, but no King Cobra Cadabra or yawn traps.

We should all facebook, twitter, google, youtube, etc message, post, etc Skylanders, Activision, etc, inquiring about when the Light, Life, and Fire Yawn Traps will be available for our countries.

I posted the question for Europe on the activision help forum a few days about no Reply yet.

It isn't really Activision that is to blame for this. Stores aren't ordering stock, they know traps will have no interest now that they are basically being deprecated for the next game (ok, they ARE to blame for that part). And at this point stores don't want to be stuck with pegs worth of stock they are going to have to put on clearance anyways. Most stores are doing everything they can to clear out stock prior to the next game - ordering more is the last thing they want.

Well, I'd say it's Activision's fault for lack of planning things out in advance. It's the fourth game - by this point, they know when the interest in figures for the old game starts drying up - they need to plan out shipments of new figures in advance of this to make sure all the product reaches consumers who wish to purchase it.

Short cut and echo is all i need now.

I'm going to put the blame at either 50/50 or 75/25, with Activision taking the lead in the blame game if it comes down to it. With as many people who have been complaining about these things not appearing as there have been, all Activision has to do is make a public statement like "They have been included in trap wave (x), make sure to ask your local retailer to order some" to settle the issue. But they won't respond on any front, even when high profile Skylanders bloggers/personalities call them out directly on it. Yes, the stores got stuck with a lot of stock...of water traps. If Activision owned up the blame for that debacle and offered a refund for any unsold water traps or even discounted pricing for new waves for any unsold water trap stock that is returned, I'm sure that retailers would start pulling in the new stock again. As it is, we've either got a bunch of water traps that nobody wants or needs taking up all the pegs or, in most cases that I've seen, no traps to be had at all, of any type. If traps, in general, sold poorly, we wouldn't see a single type of trap consistently hanging on the pegs, when we can find traps at all. Thinking very quickly about this, it's probably Activision's lightning fast campaign and rushed launch date for SuperChargers which is causing a lot of the problem, as retailers are losing anywhere from 3-4 weeks, if not more, to sell older stock before the new game comes out. I'm so disgusted with it all at this point that I'm about ready to throw up my hands and be done with the whole thing.

Trap team was the most poorly planned game in my opinion. And Doug hit it perfectly stating how retailers lost time to dump its current skylanders product for the new game, one can only hope this trend doesn't carry on into the next installment, for all I see it giving fans is a new collecting headache that doesn't need to be increased.
