Stuck on captain flynns ship [CLOSED]

Have finished standard chapters and defeated the Kaos robot. Now trying to use the pirate seas ship. Managed to use it 1st time for new adventure, have now resumed game and cannot get off captain flynns ship and can't get back to the pirate seas. This is very frustrating . Does anyone have any ideas please? We have tried all manner of combinations on the portal. Thanks in advance.

Did you select the mission in the chapter select screen?If you did try putting the ship on the portal again.
