Not able to sync my portal [CLOSED]

Hi !
I have a problem witn my ps3 Spyro´s adventure; I been trying many times and many diffent options to sync my portal. I just bougth the battery pack with usb cable and nothing changed. The portal turns on and the red light keeps flashing for about 30 sec. then it turns off. If someone can give an advice....
Please help!!!!!!!!
