Where Does Lightcore Pop Fizz Light Up? Only Potion? Or Backpack, Too? [CLOSED]

Apologies if this has been discussed at length elsewhere.

Can anyone tell me where he is supposed to light up? The appearance would suggest both his potion and his backpack.

His original pose in the posters had two potions, one in each hand that likely lit up. They changed the pose so only one potion was held and lit up either to save money or complexity on the figure (and having a second non-lit up potion might make people think he was defective). Just the one potion he holds up is lit.
