This is all kinds of wrong. Just because Wii can't support patches doesn't mean THEY'RE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ESSENTIALLY A BROKEN GAME. I'm assuming you've seen a chart that shows which platform HAS PAID THEIR BILLS?

I'm not defending the decision, just trying to explain why SSF may be different.

My original profile is still showing missing stars for collection, as my Portal Master rank went from 41 down to 32. I've tried replaying levels, completing new levels, taking ownership of the figures again, but nothing has worked. My game shows "0/94" stars towards my collection, even though my profile says I own 143 Skylanders and 28 other items.

At this point I've made a backup of my original save (in case a patch does come along) and have started a brand new save file, hoping I don't get the glitch again.

If anyone is experiencing this issue, please contact Activision Support while you have access to the game and let them know. The more of us that notify them about it, the quicker they will work towards (hopefully) a fix.

When my Wii version isn't frozen and completely unplayable, my Skylander ranking is all over the place! Played today on a new game. My portal ranking went from 23 to 17 to 9.... all in one playsitting. This game is beyond broken. Blah.

Sorry for reviving, but my Collection Stars just went down the rain as well. I have no clue what happened. The last thing I done on Swap Force was finishing Boney Islands on Nightmare mode. This is Chapter 9. What am I to do? At least it is still possible to get to Rank 80 with the current amount of stars available.

Ok, So I just lost more than half my stars on the xbox 360 version!

I was on 21 I think and all of a sudden I am on 9. I didn't really do anything, I completed a level last night and turned it off, I turned it on today and put a new Skylander on, when I went to check the collection I saw the stars had gone for ALL the figure collection stats. Despite having bought about a dozen Blue base figures it says I have 2???? (The 2 new ones I used today).

I regularly get update patches for xbox games, if they don't fix this I will be quite disgusted. It's not like I am a major collector but I have spent a fortune on them! Just buying all the Giants and Swappers costs enough, for them to then suddenly not count? Not impressed VV.

Now this is a problem. If it is a problem on Xbox as well, then this glitch might be on all systems!

If they can't do any better testing than this, and won't support patches, #3 is my last game.

yep had it happen on my wii u version ranked dropped by half and now its saying i havent registered my giants and all my original skylanders.

I don't really understand how the Wii supposedly doesn't support patches when Nintendo themselves have released patches through the Wii Shop channel for at least one game (Skyward Sword)... I'd assume it's a bigger hassle than on other platforms, but it definitely seems like it'd still be possible.
