2013 Topps Skylanders Swap Force has 138 base cards. These include art cards of new Swap Force Characters, new cards of familiar characters, villains and screen shots. There are also Swap Force cards that use the 16 new figures with different bottoms.

The release has 72 different foil cards. New shots of old characters, Light Core characters and new Skylanders are done on Mirror Foil. Swap Force Skylanders and mixed up Swap Force cards have Rainbow Foil card stock.

Static Cling inserts (16 cards) are removable stickers. Like the figures, each comes with a top half and a bottom half. This allows collectors to create many different characters. The concept works with 16 Magnet Cards as well. Besides the character parts, their names are also interchangeable. Sixteen Lenticular Cards show the Swap Force transformations directly. The final six inserts are Coloring Cards.

Hey Finn, do you know if these trading cards are identical to the UK ones? Are there any differences at all between the US ones at all?

Just at TRU in central NJ and they didn't have the card packs out yet. They have the tin and they had the dog tags, but no card packs.

There are DEFINITELY differences between the UK and US cards again. This was discussed in the other thread already. I'm only collecting the US cards plus any UK exclusives, which is what I did last time, too. I'm still msising about 50 or so cards from Giants. Anyone wanna trade?

Does anyone have a full set list for the US Swap Force cards yet, as well as which cards are exclusive to the UK? Thanks!

I'm only asking because I was thinking about buying the UK tin which comes with a whopping nine packs of cards and is still likely cheaper than the one in TRU and also a UK full box!

Anywhere in the US you can buy a whole box? Was able to find one for the Giant's cards, but not for Swap Force so far.

There is also sticker cards unsure the number of them yet (labeled S then #), "A" cards (9 of these) and "C" cards
These are totally different from the UK cards (which I'm going to try and collect also because of this) The UK cards have every swapped combination, while the USA cards do not.

Trexroarr--pm me cause I have lots of giants cards...many UK swap xtras....some US swap extras. I need 8 UK swap...and im unclear what I need for US yet...

Just saw the cards for the first time here. :] Walmart only had the tin though, no boosters, so I snatched a tin up and took it home. No doubles yet out of the four packs, but I'm certainly going to be on the lookout for those boosters now that there are reports of people finding them at Target and whatnot.

Hey guys, I should have boxes today. Being sent by USPS not UPS so I'm not sure. But as soon as I have them I'll post some pics.

I was at Target yesterday and they only had the dog tags...no card packs, no tins. I got my tin at TRU.

I've found the tins, I want the whole box.

I'm looking! Hate buying the packs.... rather just get the whole thing in one go, and hand them out as 'bonus' items to my little one. LOL he's 6 not that little.

the box that I saw had 24 packs and was about $45 + shipping.

not bad out of 144 cards only 10 doubles. The base cards came in a landslide no problem to complete 1-137. Now after that we have an issue. So from 138 -155 or so i only got 3 cards. i got 2 out of 9 color me in cards and 3 out of 9 sticker cards and 6 out of 9 "A" puzzle cards. Here is the *****.....1 out of 16 of the hologram cards. So it looks like that will be the fight guys.

Lets all assume US cards unless otherwise noted. I can see that becoming a huge problem. Shelly, if you are interested why dont you start a UK only trading card thread that way there is an obvious line drawn from the start?

I'm going to plan on getting both versions this year, because of the major difference.
From what I got from the USA version is 110 base cards, then mirror foils from at least 111-136, and Rainbow foils after that (number of which not sure)
I'm curious what the hologram card is numbered as.

According to the info I've been reading, UK will have cards for all 256 swap a bilities. Now that is an undertaking ladies and gents. I mean really, remember how many packs we all bought to complete giants card ? And that was with trading!!! The statistical numbers of completing that set set must be astounding.

I have all.but 8 of the eu cards. I can take pics if they are wanted. Also...could take pics of collectors guide card lists. But don't know if people want them here.

Shelly...yes please take a picture of the collectors guide card list, and the EU card sample 1 base card and 1 foil card for swappers, S2/S3 or new landers. My boys love the catchphrases and the bio on the back.

Any member collecting EU or US cards we need help

Not sure if I should get the EU or the US card , we only collect the figures / characters card with catchphrases and bio on the back. We need to know which cards has catch phrases in the front and bio on the back. Any information will be a great help.

Also...what am.i misunderstanding. ..in Finn's post at the top with the photo of break down it says 148 base cards and 72 foil.

But in Plaag's listing...and what I am seeing....foil cards start at 114. I'm confused about the breakdown and thus what I need.

Finn is going by an old advertisement, much like the first set of cards had started out as being for Spyro's Adventure then changed over to Giants, the advert info is wrong (even when compared to the UK cards).
As for the duel #ed 114 - that will be interesting to see. Also the Collector Guide has Lightcore Countdown card #CB1 iirc.

Breaking News: Toys R US has starter packs like last year (the small binders) Least that is what I believe from talking to my wife (and two different ones again like last year) Shall know more in an hour or so when she gets home.

Plaag is correct. The first pic was the start of the TOPPS sales presentation for swap force. If you look at the giants trading thread i had the one for giants up as well. Things change and i posted the swap one before we had any info

So after looking around eBay I'd say there are at least 350 UK cards

I emailed plaag the list for the EU SET. he can post here. if its wanted.

Shall get pictures up tomorrow, but I do have the list from the TRU Starter Kit. 111-137 are Foils, 138-157 are Rainbow Foils, Puzzles A1-A9, Coloring Cards C1-10, Mix & Match Stickers S1-8, Flip-Motion F1-16
Then from the TRU cards you get 4 Rainbow Foil Legendary Cards and 3 Glow in the Dark cards
Kit One has B1-4, G1-3, Kit 2 has B5-8, G4-6 (Again you can easily see the special card pack so that you pick up both no problem).
Okay off to open up my 4 packs and look over the Wave 2 figures my wife got me

I have to say that I am a little disappointed with the non character cards in the set (Cards 53 - 110) as they are all just reprints from the Skylanders Giants Trading Sticker collection rather than being new Pictures actual based on the new Swapforce game.

The only card packs I could find at my local target were the Super Sized double pack with 18 cards in a pack. What I noticed was that in every pack of 18 there was only one special card (i.e. foil, sticker, or Flip-Motion Cards). Since one of these equals 3 of the smaller 6 cards pack I was wondering if any one could tell me what kind of ratio they were seeing of those special cards was it 1 out of every 3 pack or were you getting them in pretty much every pack?

Thx for the tip...went to tru and picked up a bunch of swap force trading card single packs. ..and the exclusive albums.

Also, the comic shop lost a customer today. Treated me somewhat rudely when I asked if they could order a box. Told me to go to a toy store when I asked for a box. Like they were crud.... Oh well, Marvel subscriptions here I come. I'm down to one comic for me and one for my oldest per month anyway. The youngest wants inappropriate comics (Deadpool for a 6 year old, really?) and doesn't bother to read them anyway. LOL

Those are EU cards check lists posted above. I know the last one is not but gotta be clear.

Yeah Shelly's are the Europe Cards, My list is the USA ones. I might pickup another Europe Starter kit to put the USA cards in since the TRU ones are just rubbish, plus you can't display the puzzle cards in a 4 slotted page. I do however find a use for the TRU ones in putting my Skylanders figure cards and sticker sheets.

There is a US Starter Set at Toys R Us again?! This is absolutely news to me! I gotta check to see if my Toys R Us got them in! Are there two different versions with different Legendary cards like last time or is there only one set with Legendary Zoo Lou and Legendary Free Ranger? I'm guessing there are two different sets, each with two of the four Legendaries.

What numbers are all of the TRU exclusive cards?

Also what cards (if any) are exclusive to the UK? Like Master Eon and Dark Spyro were, not just some random base set card. I'm talking about actual promo cards.
