Light gem trouble in Coastal Remains [CLOSED]

In coastal Remains, how do you reach this light gem that's floating above a mini water wheel in a large pool of water (Near where you save the baby turtels) because I've tried to glide on top of the wheel and reach it from there but I just can't it. Please help me, coz it's doing my head in.

You'll be able to get it when you get water breath later on in the game.

What you do is breath water on to the water wheel while standing on the plat form and it will spin up then there you go
