I still haven't received an email that the says the game is coming. Should I go buy it from the Smyths store with the possibility that is also comes from online? It could still be despatched tomorrow and then I wouldn't get it until Monday. Or, should I just buy some characters at Smyths? If so who because I only have about £75. I'm want to Wallop because of his low stock but I'm not 100% on what else.

EDIT: It has just be dispatched now but with this time in seems like I won't even get it until Monday smilie.

Amazon have dropped the price on Eon's Elite characters to £20.99. Not sure now much it was before but it's definitely cheaper now.

Can't find one to go to :-( . As of yesterday my local Tesco and Asda didn't even know there was a new release, so I doubt they'll be putting them out at midnight. And Game, Smyths and TrU aren't doing midnight either. (Game is opening at 8am tomorrow morning.)

I'll do the same, Asda usually undercut everyone, but remember it's not long until half-term, there are bound to be deals about then if you can hold off.

I'll probably just grab L Jawbreaker and L Nightmare Express tomorrow from TRU.

I'll probably get a few Trap Masters and Cores/Traps tomorrow at my local ASDA, although they cut down the Skylanders stock down to only 4 Skylanders, 3 of which are Skylanders Giants figures to make room for DI 2.0. Hopefully they should have stock. Otherwise I'll head to a GAME store in the weekend and get them there.

Lots of traps, quite a bit of wave 2. I would recommend going tomorrow or now if you havea midnight release near you.

Be careful, if you have ordered it online they might have already charged you for it. I wouldn't want you to end up paying for the game twice.

What Skylanders should I get on day one? A mix of Wave 1 and 2? (If Wave 2 is there). Or, should I just stick to Wave 1? I'm thinking of not getting Traps because I prefer having Skylanders over Villians.

It really is a shame this isn't out today, I would totally buy it.
Not going to now though because I'll be buying the 2 trap 3-packs.

Since I'm recording the game getting the traps today is pretty important sadly.

...really wanted that variant too. Ah well.
