How does it work?

When I bought the only in app purchase I've ever made, the mighty eagle in Angry Birds he appeared on all five devices linked to the iTunes account.

If I buy gems do we all get 300, all get 60 or only on the device I am using?

It's linked to your activate account, so I assume if you're playing the same game of LI on all your devices, it would appear on all. If you have a different game on each, I guess you only get it on that one.

I use my itunes account to buy gems for my son's game on his ipad. Those gems don't show up on my game on my ipad. However, if you're one of the folks that play the same game on their ipad and iphone, I'm sure it shows up on both when you bring the game over from the cloud save.

The gems go to "game" you bought them under. After than, your gems are your gems and will follow you to whatever device you play on.
