Scribblenauts Unlimited --- Finally releasing in EU? [CLOSED]

It's not been confirmed, but Scribblenauts Unlimited (released in the US November 2012) is releasing in EU regions on July 26th 2013!

I have been waiting a long time for this game.

I'd have to be suspect about this, seeing that Nintendo's UK site still shows TBD by the game's release. The only place that date has been seen is on Zavvi, (and, by extension, TheHut) who's pushed the date back to the 6th September. Many other places show TBC.
