I been having this problem for two days now. It says Load Error 13 and it is checking for updates, then just shuts down.

I've never heard of anyone having their load error fixed by Activision remotely. You might be able to revert your iOS device to a date when you had a working save file, but it's a lot of work and has no guarantees.

they fixed mine once...haven't been able to since.
