I think EmperorKaos is pretty underated.



Well actually I asked quite a bit of users of who he is and they barely know about him. And I talk to him often. He just wants more people to talk to him, but he is very shy to make a post.

The word 'underrated' is NOT synonymous with the word 'unknown.' An underrated person or object is of high quality but not recognized as such by the opinions of the general public. The amount of people that are familiar with a user does not determine whether they are underrated or not.
