I have one where in the Ruins one of my guys was under it, like entirely under, and I had to take him off. Something similar happened with Giants too...

No, they show up in order. The third star is there, that means it already had the chance to pop up the second star.

Here is another one in the molekin mine... when you have sonic boom with full upgraded baby, they'll attack your ally. Here is a picture. I know its a bad picture but anyway!
