Google is giving me no love on this.

Ok, so there is this Spanish song that was very popular but i don't know when. So in the beginning, she is holding on to a string attached to either a car or bike and she is on roller skates. She goes on to this little part when the background is black (and i think flashing colors) and it cuts to a different scene...i dont know what you call it. One of the slides, shes in a hot dog costume. She is with the guy playing the guitar in these slides. Then they eventually go to either a skatting rink or a roller skate hall. Apparentlly, she was singing about how she is celebrating the life of the baby. She apparently had a miscarriage and talks about how she will always celebrate the babys life. We listened to it in Spanish class but the teacher that showed us got a new job. I need to know the sang DX
