All I can think of right now are Rayman Legends, Lightning Returns, the new Sonic game, Project X Zone, and the new Professor Layton (there's generally one every year. It'll likely be the Phoenix Wright VS Layton game).

Sega made a statement near the end of 2012 saying that there would be a brand new 3D Sonic platformer released in 2013, sold in physical form.
There are also plans for several digital releases (such as the already released Sonic Dash on iOS).

It was announced on today's Nintendo Direct. I'm not sure it'll make it out in 2013. Actually, I probably ought to take it off the list. It and Yoshi's Island 3DS are probably 2014 titles. <.<;

It said "Holiday 2013" for Zelda, so you can keep it there.

And I heard that Majora's Mask 3D was leaked to be in existance by Amazon or something. Can't remember which site it was.

I thought the series were dead with the company but the company is back with a new NAME and they are keep working on the reboot!!! YEAH!!!!

Nintendo EAD appears to be making a new Zelda game that takes place in the same version of Hyrule as The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. It takes the overhead view from older Zelda titles too.
