Another update, another crashing bug... [CLOSED]

I did the mini update thing and now my game either crashes right away or resets it. So I log out of activate and log back in and it crashes again. /sigh

It doesn't help with your issue but when contacting support it might be worth noting that when I visit your kingdom it causes my game to crash as well.

Awesome. I tried logging my husband's kingdom out in our iPad and logging into mine and it started doing the same thing in there. So I logged mine out and his back in and his works fine. I have the worst luck with updates in this game.

Same thing happend to me (but in cloud potrol, like 4 months ago with 1 of the updates to that game) after contacting supporte they told me there was nothing i could do, and that i was just out of luck.

If that's the case then the last resort would be to uninstall/reinstall and hope your cloud save is up to date.

Which did work briefly for me but not any longer. Partners game is fine.

Yeah the delete and reinstall did not work for me either.

Im sure theyre doing their best to get these things fixed. I dont think they would enjoy causing issues for players seeing as they are trying to make money and crashes and issues and such dont help.
