Portal Not Working [CLOSED]

I was trying to add some skylanders to my collection on Universe and I lost the web codes for a couple of them so i tried the portal and after downloading all of the drives and updates it says my portal is connected but when I put a skylander on it they don't load and nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong or do I need to do something else? Please help.

Did you try to download the Spyro driver in the Skylanders universe's game??? go in the option!

Hello,
Please try uninstalling the current Spyro's Universe drivers, then re insert the portal to begin downloading a fresh set of drivers. Here is a link to our support site: https://support.activision.com...er-Installation
