200 gems not received from my Dark Spyro! :( [CLOSED]

At level 15 I received Dark Spyro.

Then I introduced my Dark Spyro figure code. A message telling me that the game was going to refund to me the gems appears but then no gems.

How can I get those lost gems? (I think I can't do anything now but...)

Free skylanders do not count over refunds. Only the one u paid gems for get refunded.
