Can somebody help me understand the sanctuaries? When I see 5000 energy to activate I expect there to be a pretty decent payout. IF all I get is 450 hero points and 18000 gold, I am not sure that's worth it. Does the sanctuary do something else beyond that and also it says higher ranked skylanders earn bigger rewards. What exactly does that mean?

The higher the Skylander you send out, the higher the gold reward. It's also the object of several quests.

On lv10 u get extra 2k gold. They are better than the 10h mission.

Best way to make money. Right now I have no objectives so I'm just farming the sancs. 10k worth on energy gets you 20k gold. Simple math.

Well, the 10 hour mission is a joke, anyway - you make more straight profit off of the 7 hour one.

But yeah, if you're going to log on twice a day, 7-hour crops and 10-hour sanctuaries are your easiest pure profit, especially if you have Radiant Energy Fields to offset the coins used to keep your energy high enough to use them repeatedly.
