Not to offend but the stuff looks boring, tips:

1- make all the stuff 100x100, the avatars size on this site

2- make sure the stuff comes out in a good quality

3-instead of that dull "Times New Roman" font, place cool colorful fonts, here you can get over 1,000 fonts http://cooltext.com/Fonts

Some of them are more than 100x100, and others are just too small. an idea is maybe you could use one of infinitus stuffatars as a template

Colored writing = nice

Cooler fonts = Even better

What I do is resize the picture to 100 pixels (width) x 75 pixels (height), and then extending the canvas at the bottom by 25 pixels (height) before adding the text. (FYI, I use Photoshop)
