So far we can't even get the starter pack. We have no confirmation of RDT. It's possible- but it's unlikely. We don't know.

From a Facebook chat I've been having with Activision Assist:

Activision Assist: For now, it certainly seems that [iOS stater pack with Royal Double Trouble] it's a US Gamestop exclusive. You could try calling Gamestop UK and see if they'll be getting it in. ^LM
