I only glanced at their stock. This was sitting on the PS3 starter packs when I was looking for the Wii starter packs. o.o

They kinda remind me of white marble. Are we sure they're not "Marble" varients? It'd make sense since they have rock varients too. Fits the theme.

The one I got:

The one I see as active right now:

I'd like the Sprocket and the Hot Head one. The only way I'm getting them though is if I find them in the store as I wouldn't pay much over retail for them.

The sparkle variants look pretty cool. But my first question with any of the giants variants is: do they show up as "special" in game? Can anyone that already has one please confirm or deny.

In another thread, t7gga has posted pics showing the Sparkle Sprocket as showing up as special. Barring more screw ups like what happened with the Rock variants, these should also all show up as such.

I now have one of each on their way to me so can confirm this in a few weeks when they get to me.

First post here. Not going to lie, I'm a bit embarrassed to be a 27 year old dude that's gotten sucked into the Skylanders craze. Just bought these two off of ebay:

Welcome WhoAreYou007! If it makes you feel better I'm 36, but I do have two kids who got me into the game.. at least that's my official excuse! smilie

From what I've seen, you did pretty well on those, but not sure they will get that much higher for future resale value. You never know though, I guess...

Im almost 27 in like a week's time, and love collecting the Skylanders that I like, so you're not the only older-ish member~. Welcome to DarkSpyro and luckyky you got teh sparklez. xD
