There are already a few threads where people can discuss these sorts of opinions: There are two Tier List threads on the go right now (the Definitive tier list project that i'm running, and LightSpyro13's other tier list thread) and there's also the Upgrade Paths recommendation thread where people sometimes chat about this sort of thing.
