Why did I suddenly remember all of this now? That person no longer remembers me... I know that doesn't stop me from remembering him because he had such an impact, but why now? At such a random time? Is it because I started thinking about the past again? Is it because I was thinking of everyone else who also stopped remembering me? Is it because it reminded me of part of why I'm in so much pain?

Does it just remind me of how "superficial" bonds are-long distance or not, like that person said? All it takes is a little distance or a little misunderstanding or one person's lack of thought about you, and it can all fall apart without you or even either of you even doing anything wrong. And it always ends up hurting, long after it stops hurting them. He doesn't care about me anymore, but I still care about him. She doesn't care anymore, but I still care about her. Same with him, him, her, and so on. I still care about everyone long after they don't anymore, and at times like these I hate that about myself. They don't care anymore. What right do they have to still be here?

I don't want to talk to anybody, but I want to talk to everyone. The people I want to talk to the most are the very people that I can no longer reach. I don't want to be alone, but what if that's for the best? What if the best thing to do is just to continue loving everyone from a distance? Helping them when I can so they can be happy, but don't get hurt again... is that for the best for me? I've tried before, and it just didn't work, but a large part of that was because most of the people who cared about me were still next to me. I'm just about alone here... while the people who used to be all I really needed in life are slowly leaving..

Why does seeing everyone's pain at the hatred that's clearly won now make me remember? Does it mean that love is just not as powerful as everyone makes it out to be, or is it just not as strong as hatred in the end? That's a painful thing to think about, but still...

Are human bonds that weak? Is love that weak? Is everything we do just pointless in the end?

I don't know anymore.

Fanning the flames is just gonna bring people toward you because if you squint at this hard enough there's definitely an argument that people ****posting and /pol/ gave him extra attention that could've helped get him there (alongside those who could've voted for ****s and giggles).

But otherwise aren't there tumblr extensions that let you blacklist phrases and ignore politics?

i tried xkit but it wouldn't work but apparently i'm supposed to use the NEW AND IMPROVED xkit and now im going crazy blacklisting words

i like the occasional laugh at these idiots on tumblr but when theres a sjw horde cracking down on trump voters and supporters it stops being fun lol

it's just kind of sad that i have to blacklist all of this garbage, and most of what i'm blacklisting isn't even about the election, it's just the typical tumblr gender sexuality bs. this election stuff is just flooding my dash with this lgbtqrstuvwxyz ****. there's a lot of good things on tumblr but this site is like a breeding ground for them and it's very hard to avoid or ignore.

^That was to be expected. Of course if Trump supporters or Trump trolls poke the bear a lot they're gonna get a ton of backlash. It would've been the same if it were the other way around. These people are upset and worried; please try not to **** all over them in the process.

But give it a few weeks and things'll go back to normal.

well that was the scariest night of my life
the earthquake suddenly got so strong out of nowhere and when you're just lying in bed being jolted around by mother nature it really puts things into perspective and you feel so small
im exhausted from staying up due to all the aftershocks
and that tsunami warning really topped it all off
i guess that's what i get for living in the pacific ring of fire

nah im in the north island but we've felt quite a bit up here so far
the house is fine and the only damage we've seen is a crack in the road near the mall so im pretty grateful it didnt get any worse
