just when i was finally able to sleep after my hissy fit and paranoia problem
i wake up
i try to go back to sleep
and i feel sleep paralysis coming but i was too late to stop it so i had a fun time
and now i feel so nauseous and i seriously just want to sleep

Genuinely scared for tests week. People on strike want the semester straight up cancelled/mega delayed and unless someone gives back the +500 bucks I spent on bus tickets just to MAYBE have classes I'm just going to silently try to deliver the homework projects. But it's seriously internet fight levels of irrationality here and I'm actually afraid someone will attempt something stupid because a few people don't want the delay.

This always happens. Everytime! Why? Why do I do this? Why does this keep happening to me... It's the same thing over and over and I get sick of it. Sick of myself.

I just got off work and came home to find a stray kitten so I gave him some milk and after he was done he jumped in my lap and started purring (the quality sucks but you can tell it's a cat)

I think he belongs to someone, he seems a little too well-fed to be a stray but I could be wrong. I'll ask around in the morning and see if anyone is missing a cat and wait and see if he comes back tonight. Or he might just be an outside cat and lost his collar. Oof, haven't looked or felt this bad in quite some time, i've been sleeping all day, so im feeling a little better.

Either way, i'm still worried. No use in beating myself up over it, it isn't my fault and there's nothing I can do about it.

I do this thing where if someone I don't know or am unfamiliar with tries to talk with me (high school student aged), I ignore them/give them the cold shoulder and kinda just glower at them if they try to talk to me. If they try to get me to talk I just give them sass or snappy answers to get them away from me. As far as I can tell, people like me better in this stage of getting to know someone. The problem is, if they try hard enough they'll eventually get me to start talking with them which is where everything goes downhill. I become annoyingly talkative, loud, idiotic, and invasive. I begin to take jokes too far and try to butt into conversations. I try to start up a conversation with them all the time and don't really leave them alone. Depending on how "comfortable" I feel around them, it gets worse. I can also begin to cling to them and kinda follow them around so i'm not alone. This is the part where I know my friends start to get annoyed and tired of me. I don't know why I do this but I do, and I hate myself all the time for it.

Hey, at least you aren't alone in this camp! It's a sucky camp, but it's... a camp.

I suppose some words are better off left unsaid but in the mean time I'm haunted by these thoughts I have. In other words not saying what I need to say can and will bother me. Life goes on but that damn roller coaster most certainly is a bumpy ride.
