This is what I use:

Everything + Nothing

Sorry, I just don't think the hats look good or make enough difference. Never liked them.

This, one thousand times this.
I agree completely, I just think the hats make them look ridiculous, there should be an option to make them invisible or something if you want to have the stat boost without looking silly.
I don't even like upgrade paths that change the appearances of the characters, I put off buying Bash's armor upgrade just because I didn't want to see him with extra horns. (Although I have to admit he looks pretty cool now. lol.)

I agree, I think he looked much tougher with his ball 'n chain instead of the kunai-stabby-stabby. lol.

Totally agreed, and it's the reason I'm not using Spyro anymore for Giants- his wings look ridiculous. Maybe if the different visibility choices were added as unlockables, it would help the replay value too.

If you put the wizard hat on spyro he looks cool when he enters the game and in game too. It's the hat my spyro is wearing now and will wear into Giants.
