It's been a good while (possibly a year now) since I last saw K-ON!! but the memories are still sadly fresh enough.

The theme of rock music is almost non-existent to the point I can accuse the promoters and advertisers were false-advertising the show has rock music just to troll people into watching another moe anime. The only rock song in the show is awful like a bag a wet cats.

The animation mostly consists of still images that exist solely stretch each episode to 22 minutes over whatever, nearly all the characters are so horrifically cliche that they're unlikeable, art style is scary but most of all, NOTHING HAPPENS!!! Thank goodness for good MLP:FiM saving my sanity.

I was just wanted to post something outta boredom but I have no intentions to find out how the show ends and the idea of a film being made.

That's one of my favourites.

Season 2 is a bit different though, so you'll either like it more or less than the first season (personally, I like them both the same).

The movie is very good IMO, but it is kind of hit or miss.

I love anime too much. smilie My favorites are Fruits Basket, Ouran High School Host Club, Death Note, and Hetalia, which is the very best, IMO.

I loved Digimon and Pokemon when I was little. I hate it when people say that those don't count as real anime...

I know that feel, Lockon's death and the build up, and the aftermath to it, made me super sad. They always kill the Irish characters in Gundam, too. ;___; And then there's everything that happens with Saji and Louise.

Season 2 gets all sad pretty quickly, actually. While Season 1 was focused mainly on the political issues, Season 2 is focused almost only on character development, do expect a lot of sob stories.

^If I have any reason to become a voice actor, that's it. I'm sick of seeing Irish characters with American accents, or with the stereotypical "leprechaun" accent. Uggggh, one of my pet peeves. Lockon would of been even cooler if he had the right accent.

The second thing made me laugh when I saw it, too.

Cowboy Bepop is a great anime. It's one of those few anime series that my brother likes, and he's usually complaining about EVERYTHING involving anime.... Unless, of course, it's Cowboy Bepop, Elfen Lied, or Death Note. Then, according to him, everything else just sucks.

I've seen Cowboy Beebop. It was on T.V once quite awhile ago, along with Blood+, Black Lagoon and Ghost in a Shell.

I remember enjoying Black Lagoon the most.

So I've been watching Soul Eater and I'm about half done with it
And it's one of the couple of animes I like

I should try to finish Higurashi after SE, I only got to episode 2 of that but I think but it looks pretty cool
