Which is the best path for Voodood and Prism Break? (PvP)

For Prism Break, definitely go for the crystal path. The crystals can do lots of damage, and the crystal eruption shield is a great defensive and offensive move. the laser just isn't a good way of dealing damage. Also, the laser path turns your crystals the ungodly color of yellow.

For voodood, the path doesn't really matter, as voodood is awesome either way. Choos whcich one you think you will like. I like the marauder one a little better due to the better zipline.

Definitely the crystal path for Prism Break.

Medea Griffon for Sonic Boom? What do you guys think?

You chose the right path. Because the siren is already good enough. And when you throw all the 4 eggs it deals 40 damage.

Medea. Roar is as good as it gets and doesn't get any real upgrades for PVP in Siren. I honestly think Siren Griffen may be the most pointless path to pick. Not the worst, but the most pointless.

#1506 Posted: 22:52:49 18/07/2012
Medea. Use the eggs as grenades, let the babies attack on the side, and you'll like what you get. Keep in mind, though, that Air is a comparatively weak element, and even 100% Elemental Bonus, 80-damage egg grenades may not be enough to handle the likes of Terrafin and Dino Rang, regardless of your elemental advantage.
Bean Sprout Blue Sparx Gems: 893
#1507 Posted: 03:53:07 19/07/2012
I agree with everything Tashiji said. If you were to skip an element on an eight-man team, chances are it will be air.

I would still go Volcanor, regardless of version. Yes, it is not as strong a path on PS360 as it is on Wii, but it's still better than Magmantor, who doesn't really have a lot going for him on either console.

I played Tempest Dragon with Whirlwind and got all upgrades, but decided it just wasn't really my thing, I swapped to Ultimate Rainbower and I prefer it so much more. I know she's no match for Boomer as far as hurlers go, but I don't have Boomer, so I like the spamming rainbows and more powerful ones too. I can understand why people WOULD go for Tempest Dragon, but Ultimate Rainbower fits my style more.

i like medea griffin because you get full grown babies and those babies are REALLY helpful in story and in pvp. in story because they go after kaos in the last battle which is very nice. in pvp those babies attack your opponent and the opponent goes nuts

There's nothing objectively wrong with Ultimate Rainbower. It's a fine build. People tend to discount it because of, yeah, Boomer and his ridiculous Troll Bomb damage, but that doesn't mean it's bad.

Thanks for your opinion. Also, I'm considering expanding my collection soon, who do you think I should add? I have Spyro, Trigger Happy, Gill Grunt, Hex, Dino-Rang, Zap, Cynder, Lighting Rod, Whirlwind, Sonic Boom, Zook, Stealth Elf and Sunburn. I'm definately considering getting Ghost Roaster next for the Darklight Crypt adventure pack. Who do you suggest I get?

If you want a very powerful character go for Drobot, but if you are mostly looking for a fun character definitely get Ignitor, Camo or Warnado (Or, get all three in a triple pack).

I've been using Sonic Boom for a week now and Medea Griffon is really good in PVP. She can hang with the best of them.

What path did you guys choose for Bash? I know both are good, but I'm wondering if I should switch too Pulver Giant. This is for PvP if that matters at all.

I am playing on the Xbox 360 if that makes a difference for any of the characters.

Thank you in advance for all replies.

For camo, the paths are abput equal. I dont have him, so just go with your gut.
For Dino-rang, i would use the boomerang path, as repeated 40-damage blows with the boomerang shield can be insane.
For Stumpy, the nut path seems superior. The pollen plume works well, and the Smash n bash really is just kinda worthless.

I got Ghost Roaster today, he's absolutely amazing. His Skull Master path skull attack does damage in the 50 zone! 80 something damage for critical hit! He's a beast! Also, my story mode save file says I have 11 Skylanders, when I actually have 14, their ownership is all set to me and it still says 11. Does anyone know why?

That still doesn't warrant the Hardest Heroic title, though... Statistically, however, yes...

I reset and put him down Fear Eater.

This path deserves more fame.

Fear Eater turns Skull Charge into a dash move to escape, and makes Ectoplasm far more reliable to reach enemies, doing damage just half as often, and recieving a MASSIVE boost in speed. So how does he damage? Duh, use Ectoplasm to get to your opponent (even Skull Charge can do it against meleeists) then hack away with the faster-than-Skull Charge Pain Chain.

He's not a top character, but down Fear Eater, does fill a unique role. I've re-adopted him as my Undead Elementalist.

Sadly, I think this path will get very little discussion because Skull Master is a clearly superior path on PSC360 and most competitive members here play those versions. However, Fear Eater is definetly worth a shot and undoubtedly the more versatile and arguably better path on Wii.

I haven't tried it yet in PVP but I'm very excited.

Agreed fully for Fear Eater on Wii. I'm one of those primarily PS360 players who loves Skull Master, but that path leaves a lot to be desired on Wii.

For Sunburn, Flame Lord. Zap, Slime Serpent. Cynder is fine on Nether Wielder if you're on PS360, because the lightning cone is larger and Shadow Dancer's slow effect doesn't work. However, if you're a Wii player, the inverse is true; small lightning, working slow effect... so Shadow Dancer would be better.

Cynder is fine, but the other two need to be changed. Sadly, Zap is characterized as one of the worst skylanders. Slime serpent gives it a little bit of a unique edge. sunburn's blazethrower is only worth it if it is fully charged, and considering the fact that it can be interrupted and you move considerably slower, it isn't worth it. The teleporting does great amounts of damage, and it makes Sunburn hard to hit.
