The second wave of characters for Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure is about to appear. Wrecking Ball, Dino-Rang, and Hex are the new Skylanders being introduced this time around. They're released next week on Tuesday November 15th (NA) and ~~Friday the 18th of November~~ Saturday the 10th of December (EU), you should also be able to find the Adventure Pack "Darklight Crypt" in more places.

You might even get lucky and be able to find them early, as one poster on NeoGAF seems to have done.

UPDATE: As well as the individual packs you'll also be able to find them in two new triple character packs.

One containing: Stealth Elf, Wrecking Ball, and Sonic Boom
The other: Hex, Zap, and Dino-Rang

UPDATE 2: Looks like the European date has been moved backwards to December.

I had no plans on collecting them all... but now, somehow I've collected all that's available now...might as well get the rest, sigh. ---

I tried 5 different locations and I cleaned them out. I also noticed at Toy'R'Us they have the Skylanders shirts for the kids. One shirt has the 4 Legendary characters including the Legendary Trigger Happy.

Are we going to get into a situation when no one will ever know when the different waves are released and it'll just be the case of going to your local GAME and hoping that they'll be on the shelves only to find that they've got a massive display at the front of the shop, as do your local GameStation, and when you go to buy it the person at the counter asks "So? DO YOU LIKE THIS GAME?"...

Totally not my personal experience...

If you don't want to, don't, you don't need all of them to beat the game and earn all the achievements. Plus, with all the lowering prices and discounts around, I'm sure it would be less than 300$, thinking about the 3 packs too.
