Help with Crystal Eye Castle Chapter 8 [CLOSED]

Help, can't get past the part of the level with the blue bad guys and the crystal eye locked up in the cage. We killed everything but the bars don't go down to release the eye. Been searching around the internet and seems like there are several people with the Wii version of the game with the same problem.
