100% worth the wait. I have like half the released toys, the DS and the Wii version and I have not put them down in 2 days. Going to get the other half of the released figures next week smilie

I'm staying up all night, going to watch "Black Hawk Down" until midnight.
Then I'm going to paint my face purple and yellow and run to Gamestop. Yes, run to Gamestop.

I have been saving for this game for a little while now. Still was not enough to get all the release figures but I got at least 1 of each element so I can complete the games fully.

But yeah the wii and N3DS versions are really diffrent and both really great. The only annoying thing is if I play on my 3DS I have to reload the character I have been playing on the N3DS portal of power for the figure to update so I have the levels I had just gotten when I move over to play the Wii version. (Bit confusing but people will understan who have both versions)

The timer says 19 minutes, so it must be counting to midnight in Mountain Time, since it's already 1:40 AM here on the east coast.

Just a heads up the batteries they pack are don't last long. My Wii versions Portal of Power ran out of juice after only 2 days and I had to use the ones out of my Xbox controllers to make it work again.

So if you have any money spare it might be a good idea to buy some 3x AA batteries as you don't want it to run out and then not have any spare and go without playing.

The DS portal of power takes 3x AAA batteries but that one is lasting becuase its not in constant use like the Wii version's is

Did you play for hours and hours on end? Honeslty the best way to save batteries, is to just quit using it for a few hours. smilie

Umm I mean it was the FIRST DAY I had it so it did get a few hours none stop gameplay, but the batteries really did not last long and I know my batteries from having Gameboy/GBC, Wii Controllers, Xbox Controllers and various toys and games when I was younger.

They were plain panasonic batteries but the Wii version the portal HAS to stay on for all the time your playing I just thought the defualt batteries would at least last for a couple days(even with the long periods of game time). Anyway it may not be an issue, just giving people a heads up

At the bolded: How many hours.
Panasonic? Wow...Activison is dumber then I thought. Should have used enigizer. Or somthing else. Or at the very least, made the portal charable by plugging it into a wall.

It was like 4-5 hours the first day then like 2-3 the next before it clonked out, but still I don't think I have ever had a product with batteries (with a batterie brand I have heard of) run out so quickly.

Make sure your console is properly turned off (Red light) by holding down the Power button on the consol until it turns red. Yellow is a standby/sleep mode I think and that is not properly off.

I still can't believe that it only allows you to play for 12 hours until the battery dies. If the cord helps it last longer, then I'd like one for the portal.

Dark has a point. But Activison made a mistake by putting panasonic batteries instead of a longer lasting battery.

Strange.

It's wireless on the Wii, PS3, and 3DS. But from what have seen, the portal is wired on 360 and PC.....

Though I'm probably wrong...

It's 12 hour? Maybe a bit longer on the 3DS, you know, since it's smaller, and it isn't supposed to be on all the time while you play on 3DS.
