Why does the game come out on a Sunday? That's very odd.

October 14th is on a Friday, and that's when the game's released in Europe.

Games always come out on Sundays in America and on Fridays in Europe.

I dunno, Sunday's a bit odd but seeing as Nintendo like to release games on a Sunday it's not that unusual. Perhaps they just wanted to get the European and US release dates as close as possible.

Well, I'm fine with it because then I can get the game as soon as possible instead of having to wait through school rocking my desk back and forth.

I think it would make more sense for them to release games on Fridays blobally so people can buy them on the way home from work/school then play them through the weekend. Selling them on Sunday kinda sucks because then you play it for a day, possibly get hoocked, then have to go away the next day and are limited to evening or possibly till next weekend, depending on your household rules on video gaming.
