No, actually. Most companies don't like beta images getting out like this. They don't want people to see something that may not reflect the final product in any way. Frankly, I'm a little surprised they didn't ask this site and Spyronews to take them down, but I think what was said above about them wanting to keep these mostly among Spyro fans who are likely to know (they hope) what it really is is probably true.

Yet they don't mind releasing beta demos out which may be slightly different from the final product, it seems a bit hypocritical.

Actually, there was a public demo of AHT. It also has a Crash Twinsanity demo on the disc. I've seen pictures of it here. Can't remember what it came with though....

Actually, there was a public demo of AHT. It also has a Crash Twinsanity demo on the disc. I've seen pictures of it here. Can't remember what it came with though....


It always seems to be official magazines that have these demo discs that come free, so perhaps it's the idea of the 'magazine company' to ask for demos of video games, and they'll pay for the disc so the developer or publisher doesn't have to, I don't know, it's just a guess.

I never go on any of those so I wouldn't know about that. I did hear about it a while back but forgotten.
