As far as I've written so far, the glitchest level in Spyro 2 is Aquaria Towers with a total of 15 total glitches in it alone. In second for the glitchest level is actually a tie between Sunny Beach and Summer Forest. (Both have 11 glitches.) Here's the list I've made while working on the guide numbering each levels total number of glitches. (Note: This list is subject to change, although it is correct where it stands right now.)

Number Of Glitches Found In Each Level Of Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage/Spyro 2: Gateway To Glimmer:
Aquaria Towers: 15 Glitches (1st)
Sunny Beach: 11 Glitches (T-2nd)
Summer Forest: 11 Glitches (T-2rd)
Crystal Glacier: 10 Glitches (3rd)
Zephyr: 7 Glitches (T-4th)
Hurricos: 7 Glitches (T-4th)
Idol Springs: 6 Glitches (5th)
Colossus: 4 Glitches (T-6th)
Crush's Dungeon: 4 Glitches (T-6th)
Autumn Plains: 4 Glitches (T-6th)
Skelos Badlands: 3 Glitches (7th)
Glimmer: 2 Glitches (T-8th)
Ocean Speedway: 2 Glitches (T-8th)

EDIT: I have finally updated all of the glitches that I neglected to include previously when writing my guide. If you would like to read some of the new entries, please go to the following entries in the Guide: 13, 30, 58, 65, 66, and 77. Phew! Now that this is out of the way, I can finally get to some work on Zephyr's glitches.

Oh my, That's a lot of glitches. You have been a busy boy, haven't you? You should call yourself "Glitch Guy" defenetly.

How do you double jump?

There are multiple ways that I've heard of Double Jumping in Spyro 2. But here's my general method toward Double Jumping. First, tap the X-Button once. Then, at the height of Spyro's first jump, simultaneously tap the X Button and the Square Button at the same time. (I have found it best to tap both buttons by using your thumb.) If done right, you should have been able to Double Jump. It takes some practice to get it right, but once you've aced it, it's a really fun experience exploring the worlds of Avalar with this new move.

When I double jump, I press and hold the X-Button, then press the Square-Button at the top of the jump while Spyro is still moving up.
Do you know if this way and the way you use give the same result?

How do you discover all of this?

I discovered my particular technique of Double Jumping through just goofing around with the game. I was just playing a level in Spyro 2 one day, and for some reason I tapped the Square Button and the X-Button simultaneously. (I guess I wanted Spyro to charge after I had jumped.) The result was strange to me at first, but I later found out a method toward Double Jumping. It's also the same thing with discovering new glitches. It's either experimenting with the level, or it's just me playing the game normally before something odd happens.

That's right. I noticed online a glitch guide for all of the glitches in Spyro 3: Year Of The Dragon. So, I thought, "Why not make a glitch guide for Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage/Spyro 2: Gateway To Glimmer????" So, that's how I came up with the idea. Once I am done with parts of it, I shall post the glitch guide on this site for this "Forum" page.

That's fine, gaul2. If you have already made a Glitch Guide for this game, then I don't see any problem with you posting it online. If you do this, it would allow people to observe two different explanations of how to perform glitches, and two different styles of writing. (In less you have already currently posted it on the internet.) However, I would still like to continue working on this Glitch Guide (if you don't mind). This is because it's been a 2 Year Project that I've been working very hard on, and just pulling the plug on it right now would seem like a major disappointment to me. But, if you would like to take the credibility of this overall idea, then you have my word that I will credit you after this Glitch Guide is finished. Also, if you would like others to view your Glitch Guide, I will also post a link to your Glitch Guide as well.

Side Note: I would like to read some of your Glitch Guide of yours as well, so that I could perform some of those glitches myself. I am a person who loves performing and finding new glitches in games (especially Spyro 2).

I wish I could do that, Felines. But, unfortunately, I don't own a video camera. So until I obtain such a device, I'm kind of stuck writing this Glitch Guide. Also, I think it would be best to include both a written explanation as well as a visual for different people to understand how to perform each glitch. But, once I get a video camera, I'll make sure to post these glitches on Youtube, and put links into the original Glitch Guide.

Update: Work on the Glitch Guide has been slow, but has been progressing. Due to loads and loads of assignments from school, and constant interruptions from life, the Glitch Guide hasn't been worked on to its fullest extent that I hoped for. But don't worry. An update should be around the corner. I'll work extra hard so that I can publish the next section of the Glitch Guide by at least the end of this month, if not the beginning of the next one. Thank you for your understanding, and for your patience.
Oh, I almost forgot. I might consider publishing the Metro Speedway Glitches with the Zephyr ones as well during the next update, but that is only if I have enough time to work on both. Well, that's truly all I have to say. Thanks again to all you fans!

One Last Update Before Posting Zephyr Glitches:
I've discovered some more glitches that haven't been mentioned in my guide online. They were not discovered by me, and were found by other people. But these two particular glitches seemed to have eluded my previous searches for finding possible glitches that I made have missed for the previous levels. So, I've decided that I'm going to include these two new glitches in my next update. The new glitches that are going to be included in the next update is in Summer Forest and Idol Plains.

Here's the current list for the number of glitches in each level of Spyro 2 listed in the Glitch Guide.

Number Of Glitches Found In Each Level Of Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage/Spyro 2: Gateway To Glimmer:
Aquaria Towers: 15 Glitches (1st)
Summer Forest: 12 Glitches (2rd)
Sunny Beach: 11 Glitches (T-3rd)
Crystal Glacier: 11 Glitches (T-3rd)
Zephyr: 10 Glitches (4th)

Yeah, I pretty much do similar things to perform the glitch or just write it down and try again later. It's kind of like taking a chance. What I mean by "taking a chance" is that sometimes glitches are just one-time things (like the 2nd Hurricos Proxy Jump I recently found), while other glitches can be performed at any time (like the Swimming Glitch in Summer Forest). You just have to try things out and see if the glitch can work or not.

(Please note if I have made any mistakes whatsoever in numbering, spelling, etc.) These glitches also feature Youtube links to how to perform them, as well as my description of both. Also, I know I've been slow and stuff with updates, and I know I said this at least a million times, but I'm almost done with Zephyr. Look in my description if you want to see the current update.

Okay. Finally, I've gotten around to update Zephyr. Here it is. The first 1/2 of Zephyr's glitches. I hope you enjoy! Oh! One more thing before I post the glitches. I have been constantly working on this section for a little bit, and have revised it about twice. I'm not sure if it sounds right, and would like your opinion on it. If you would like me to revise it some more, then I will. But if you would like me to leave it as it is, then I will. Okay. That's enough of me talking. On with the guide!

Zephyr Glitches:
83.) Spyro Has No Need For Doors 5!:
Note: Requires the Double-Jump Technique.
In less anyone other than me has found this glitch before, this glitch is one that I should get credit for. If you have found this glitch before me, please give me a note and I shall immediately change the credit of the finding of this glitch to you.

This is a technique that will allow Spyro to get to the end of the level (just outside of the area with Corporal Glug, the guy who gives you the “Ruby Bomb” Talisman) without having to access the use any of the doors in Zephyr. Okay, first enter the level Zephyr. First, go through the level normally until you reach Sergeant Tub (or the guy who’s using the cannon to try and kill the bird). Now, instead of using the cannon to get through the door, jump onto the platform directly to your right, and then turn around. (This should be the area in the level where the second set of birds flying around will attempt to dive bomb Spyro.) Next, position Spyro so that he is directly parallel to the “tower” to your right. (This is the “tower” facing the platform where the metal case of gems are/were, and is the shortest one of the two “towers), and simply Double Jump, glide, and hover (if need be) to get on top. Finally, Double Jump and glide, or just simply glide and hover (if need be) toward the platform directly in front of you (the one that has/had the metal gem chest).
Now, the next step to this glitch is a little bit tricky. Position Spyro so that he is facing the green-like wall directly to the left of the castle-like doorframe. Next, edge Spyro so that he is as close to the edge as possible (without falling off) facing the wall. Then, Double-Jump, Glide, and hover (if need be) toward the wall. (When doing this, try to aim directly for the top-most section of the wall.). If done right, you should have been able to glide right through the top part of the wall. Now, while gliding, try and land in the hallway with the birds with the TNT. (If you miss the hallway completely, though, when going through the wall, you can instead try and land in the area where the Cowlek Challenge was instead, then use the whirlwind to get back to the area where Zoe zaps you for a second time.) You have now skipped the first door in Zephyr!
Continue walking through this hallway until you reach the area where Zoe zaps you a second time. Once you are here, go to the right of this platform away from Zoe until you reach another castle-like wall (or the boundary wall for this platform that appears unreachable). Position Spyro like before so that he is directly parallel to this particular wall, and Double Jump onto one of the lower sections of this wall. (This may take a few tries to do.) From here, have Spyro jump and glide toward the green-like hills directly in front of you. Simply walk forward along these hills until you are past the second door. Finally, simply glide back down to the level. Ta da! You have now successfully skipped most of the doors in Zephyr.

84.) Walking On Hills Of Zephyr:
Note: Requires the Double-Jump Technique.

Okay, first start out at the beginning of the level. Then, go to the area where you encounter the first set of “towers” to your right. (This area should be a little bit behind the hill that you use to destroy the first set of birds that provide ammunition for the birds on the ground. This is also the spot where the birds flying around in a circle will try and dive-bomb you when you stand on top of the hill.) Now, jump up on the platform to your left (in order to go behind these set of “towers”), turn around, and jump onto a little ledge between these two “towers”. You should now be between these first set of “towers”. Then, position Spyro so that he is directly parallel to the lowest “tower” to your right, and Double Jump while also moving in the direction toward the “tower”. If done right, you should be able to get on top of this hexagonal “tower”.
Now, simply Double Jump and Glide, or Glide and Hover to the tallest “tower” directly in front of you. (This one should be octagonal shaped.) Once you are here, glide to the next smaller “tower” directly ahead of you. Now for the tricky part. Position Spyro so that he is facing the boundary wall directly ahead of you. Finally, Double Jump and glide directly to the right hand side of the boundary wall. (Try and aim for the slanted section in the wall directly to the right of you.) If done right, you should now be able to walk atop some of the hills of Zephyr.

85.) Who Are You Aiming For?
Note: Requires the Super Flame.
In less anyone other than me has found this glitch before, this glitch is one that I should get credit for. If you have found this glitch before me, please give me a note and I shall immediately change the credit of the finding of this glitch to you.

This is another minor “bug”/glitch that will happen to you when you flame the bird Sergeant Tub is aiming for. Okay, first follow glitch #81 up to the point where you are at the part with the cannon. Now, before you do this, make sure you don’t talk to Sergeant Tub otherwise the “bug”/glitch won’t work. In order to perform this “bug”/glitch, simply flame the bird that Sergeant Tub is aiming for with your Super Flame breath, and there you go. Sergeant Tub will sometimes continue firing at the “bird” you just killed. Kind of weird, huh?

86.) Behind A Wall:
Note: Requires the Double-Jump Technique, and part of the previous glitch (glitch #81).

This glitch is one of those minor bugs in the game that will allow you to get behind the wooden door where you could get some gems (behind the cannon). Okay, first perform the previous glitch (glitch #81) up to the point where you are on top of the lowest “tower”. Now, instead of jumping to that platform where the unbreakable chest is/was, turn around until you see the higher “tower” directly above you. To get on top of this higher hexagonal “tower”, simply Double Jump and Glide, or simply Glide (and hover, if need be) over to it. Finally, both Double Jump and Glide again, or just simply jump and glide, through the green hill directly ahead of you. You should have been able to go through it. Now, while gliding, it is important to try and land inside of the room directly to your left. Once your inside, congratulations! You have successfully gotten behind one of the doors in Zephyr. To undo this glitch, simply walk forward through the blank doorway, and you should be able to pass right through it.

Well, I had found that someone else had discovered the "Walking On The Hills Of Zephyr" glitch, and the other ones that I left blank were probably found by others. But, if you want, I can change that.

Actually, no. Zephyr doesn't have the most glitches in it. But it's pretty high up there. The next section I'll post will include 6 other glitches in Zephyr, which will put it at now 10 Glitches. So it isn't the glitchest level in this game, but it's pretty high up there. (I believe it is 3rd or 4th.)

Side Note: I'm almost 1/2 way done with the Glitch Guide! I just need to complete Zephyr and Metro Speedway, and get 1/2 way done with Breeze Harbor (or Harbour) and I'm half way done! *Breathes A Sigh Of Relief*

Good for you SpyroGamer'08, I hope you feel good after you've finished this project, I'll be trying all these glitches out once when you're finished.
