He probbly was just an additional voice actor character cause he only made grunting noises.

Probably one of the producers, or maybe the same person who does the voices for all the enemy's too... Or maybe, its computerised! smilie

if you ask me he kinda sounds like terrador that is if you listen closely his voice tone sounds the same as terradors even though skabb only makes wierd noises
