Glitch in Game's Coding? [CLOSED]

Well, my friend has previously said that she got this game once and it wouldn't work, with it showing a blank pink screen and making a weird sound when she tried to start it up. I've been fine with it, but I decided to play it again recently, and I encountered the same problem. I tried several times, and it did eventually work, but after about half an hour of play it froze up again. It's a bit of a coincidence that both my friend and I have had the same problem on the same game, and they're both different GamePAKs so I thought it might be a programming error?

maybe when it gets old it turns bad, maybe i should check for mine and see if that happens, or maybe if it is newer something is wrong with it, thats weird though

That happens to me on my DS but not on my bros...

It could be that the actual chip in the plastic case got damaged, or moved out of place so that when you put it in, it didn't read right. That happened to me with my Shadow Legacy, I had to put it into the DS just right. Maybe take it up to somewhere and get it cleaned?
