it's still pretty much butter.

oil = fat
butter = milk fat

it's like non-dairy butter. or vegetable oil i guess?


anyway it's got soybean oil in it. nothing looks hydrogenated, so it shouldn't be too bad for you

i can't believe how long it took to find a tub of butter (or not butter) that wasn't made with soybean oil last time i went to the grocery store ... soon i'm just going to spend extra monies on heavy cream and make it myself
