Since this forum is about Spyro which is directed to kids, this site will have new rules in place to comply with COPPA.

darkSpyro is just like YouTube, it is a site with content that is directed to children, YouTube has channel owners and content creators while darkSpyro has account owners and topic creators.
darkSpyro users will have to mark their topics as "for kids" or "not for kids", other members of the FTC will take a look at these topics and if they are marked incorrectly. Not only can we punish dark52, but we can also punish the account owner.
If your topic is marked for kids, other posts are not allowed, the topic won't show up on any boards, users will not be able to subscribe to the topic and there will be 90% less ads running on your topic.
We have tools at our disposal to cull through the 15 thousand accounts.
When we say punish, we are typically talking about civil penalties, if your topic is marked incorrectly we will sue for a fine of 42,000 gems.
I like to think of the phrase shooting fish in a barrel, darkSpyro is the barrel and the topic creators are the fish.
Public comments about these changes can be made below until December 10th, these changes will go live on the 1st of January
