As discussed here. Now we discuss here. I think it depends on how many weapons Rocket is allowed to have but if he is unarmed then Perry beats his ass

I’m going with Perry. Rocket would play dirty definitely, but Perry’s got enough experience with that. He’s quick on his feet. Depends on if the triangle-faced monkey’s got heat packing, yeah. I’d argue Perry could avoid the fire though.
