Nice picks! Soulcalibur and Tekken have some great tracks out there. I personally think the soundtracks for 3 and the first Tag were the best ones.

The Unreal series also has some great soundtracks. Here are a few of my favorites:

"Skyward Fire" by Michiel van den Bos

"Botpack #9" by Michiel van den Bos

"Phantom" by Michiel van den Bos and Alexander Brandon

Now, here are some tracks from other video games that I love:

Xiaoyu's original "arcade" theme from Tekken 3, composed by Nobuyoshi Sano

The second Terran theme from the original Starcraft

And finally, Cyclops' theme from Marvel Super Heroes vs Street Fighter. I've never played this game, but I remember hearing it on a flash fighting game online, and I've been obsessed with this song ever since. Composed by Yuki Iwai and Yuko Kadota.
